The ‘Rabennest-Gütl’ holiday home in Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut offers relaxation and privacy. Set on 3 hectares in a secluded location, surrounded by woods and meadows, you can reach the imperial town of Bad Ischl in just five minutes by car. A beautiful mountain lake can be reached on foot through the forest in around one kilometer. The house was built from wood in 1976 as a holiday and weekend home and has been open to travelers via Airbnb since August 2022.

The house is pleasantly cool in summer, and fans are available. There is a 5G Wi-Fi connection indoors and outdoors. Around the house, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature on the sun terrace and the garden.

The living room offers a cozy sofa area, a dining area, a book corner, a retro record player, board games, a fireplace bench and an open fireplace. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms with balconies: a master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), a cozy bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a guest bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a desk. The house has infrared underfloor heating in the living room and infrared panels in other areas. A bathroom and a sauna room with shower and direct access to the garden create a wellness feeling.
